We will gather your name, contact information, resume/CV and cover letter, information from your LinkedIn Profile or website, and if you need sponsorship for work inside the United States if you apply for a job on our websites. You will also be given the option of providing optional demographic and self-identification data; this information is not necessary and will not be utilized in any hiring choices.
Information We Collect Automatically: When you use our websites, we collect and store certain kinds of information. To help us improve or customize your online experience, our websites may use “cookies,” tagging, and other tracking technology. This information includes statistics on your page views, traffic to and from our websites, referral URLs, ad data, your IP address, device identifiers, transaction history, and web log information. We will have information on the linked transfers, balances, transactions, and ledger if you have any DESK tokens or a wallet connected to your account.

DESK Program: If you supply your wallet address as part of our DESK Program, we will not use or analyze it for any reason other than to offer you with the DESK Program. Our DESK Program may share your wallet address with our program partners, sponsors, or service providers to allow or offer a program advantage that you have earned or redeemed, as described below. We require these third parties to remove your wallet information after the benefit has been granted. We contractually prevent these third parties from using your wallet information for any reason other than delivering such advantages. We will never utilize your wallet address supplied with the DESK Program for any journalistic or news reporting purposes.
We may combine information acquired from numerous areas of the Websites, and we may utilize information from one portion of the Websites on other portions of the Websites. For a variety of purposes, including to improve, extend, and verify the accuracy of our records, we may also utilize or combine information that we gather offline or that we obtain or receive from third-party sources. You may get material or information you’ve posted deleted from public view if you’re under the age of eighteen and a registered member by removing the message yourself or emailing the community manager.
Our websites may allow you to share some information with other users or other parties at your discretion, such as by scanning your “My Code.” You authorize us to share your information when you use these services on our websites. We have no control over how those third parties use or disclose your information after it has been provided.
HOW DO YOU GET ACCESS TO AND UPDATE YOUR DATA?
If you have an account with us, you can amend the information you’ve given us by going into your account and changing it. Please keep in mind that after your account is created, you may not be able to alter any information, such as your username or email address.
